Coffee – Our coffee is fantastic, and our customers tell us so. We’re using a small roaster out of Eugene, OR who custom roasts the coffee on the day we order it and ships it directly to us. We have a variety of both coffee blends and single-origin coffees. We’re pleased to bring you over 10 different varieties and would be glad to provide you samples to try at home.
Espresso - Our espresso is especially crafted with excellence and is the basis for our exceptional espresso bar drinks. Neither over roasted nor over extracted, we think you will find a tough time finding better espresso drinks in this town. Come and try a few drinks for yourself.- Sandwiches – The competition among restaurants for sandwiches is amazing. $.99 burgers here and pre-wrapped sandwiches out of a reach-in cooler there, sometimes it’s hard to remember what a really good sandwich can taste like.
At Sertinos, we’re making fantastic sandwiches all day long. From our delicious breakfast sandwiches and paninis, to our cold deli, hot-toasted, and hot-grilled Panini sandwiches. None of these will be made before you walk in the door, and you are able to customize each order with your own preferences. Some of our customers are carefully working through all the sandwiches, while others can’t get away from their favorites on the menu. Either way, our fresh ingredients and great combinations will bring definition to a great sandwich. 
Salads – Using many of the same great ingredients from our sandwiches, we have several great salads to choose from. Feel free to have us custom design a salad for your mood today.

Sertinos Café is locally owned and operated by two couples, Kimball & Elizabeth Parker and Craig & Kendal Keating. West Olympia has not had an active night life, but the new Capital Mall wing is a great destination for all ages. Sertinos Café is located in the Theater Courtyard of Westfield’s Capital Mall (look for the Century Theaters sign on the building). The North side of the mall has Best Buy as a major anchor and the people entrance between Best Buy and Century Theaters will bring you right to our front door. Capital Mall is located on the West side of Olympia. Take the Black Lake Blvd exit off of Hwy 101 and travel North. Westfield Mall will be on your left in less than a mile, and turning into the mall at 24 hour fitness will bring you toward the Theater Courtyard.
